01/11/09 Windows 7 has arrived!

Microsoft's second attempt at a new operating system Windows 7 has arrived and it  seems to be a large improvement on Vista. Better support for hardware, a snappier feeling interface and greatly improved stability. We have been using it in our office now for a while and  we are happy to start recommending it to customers for new machines. We do not recommend that it is installed on older machine unless that computer was delivered with Vista and you are taking advantage of the Windows upgrade options.
